Terms of Service

These are the terms for using PomoMons, a free timer and game that runs in your browser.

Last updated 5 October 2026.

Using the site

By using pomomons.io you agree to these terms. PomoMons is free. No account, no payment.

Your data

Your collection, settings, and session history live only in your browser's local storage. We can't restore them if you clear it, unless you've emailed yourself a save code first. See the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't disrupt the site, scrape it heavily, abuse the signup form, or access data that isn't yours.

Original work

Every Pomomon, its name, art, and design was made for this site. PomoMons isn't affiliated with any other creature-collecting game or franchise. "Pomodoro Technique" names a general method, not a trademark claim on our part.

Play it, screenshot it, share your collection. Don't resell or redistribute the art or names as your own.

Not professional advice

The research page summarizes published studies. It isn't medical or educational advice, and we don't claim PomoMons improves your focus or grades.

No warranty

PomoMons is provided as is. We don't guarantee uptime, and a save code may stop working if too much time passes or the app's data format changes.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for damages from using the site, including a lost mon collection. The site is free and comes with no guarantees.
